I know why it wasn’t a very productive day. It’s because the two days prior had been very productive days. I had done quite well at one of our school’s rummage sales and so not much mojo was left for garage sales on Saturday morning. I had been eager to get to a block sale, where the estate sale I had been to the week before and cornered the market in vintage Christmas ornaments was also located and having their final blow-out. So I was able to go back and pick up those few extra boxes of ornaments that I had felt remiss in not picking up the first time. Across the street, I picked up the Battat Our Generation Doll with accessories and the cute LD Brown purse. A few other stops along the way were mostly fruitless and I only found the Dansko Mary Janes and the stack of new hand towels. I spent $26. Potential gain: $200.
